Data Deletion Request

This page explains how you can delete the personal data that Influnex, operated by Luneox Private Limited ("Company", "Influnex", "we", "our", or "us"), stores about you. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Data We Store

When you use Influnex, we may store:

  • Your account profile (name, email, and plan)
  • The social media accounts you connect (such as Instagram and Facebook), including the access tokens required to publish on your behalf — these are stored encrypted
  • Your brand profiles, generated content, scheduled and published posts, and the related performance analytics

2. How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your data in any of the following ways.

a. Disconnect a connected account

In the Influnex dashboard, open the Platforms page and click Disconnect on any connected social account (for example, Instagram or Facebook). This immediately and permanently removes that account's stored access tokens and credentials from our systems.

b. Request full deletion by email

To delete your entire Influnex account and all associated data — your profile, brand profiles, connected accounts, generated content, and analytics — email us at developer@luneox.com from the email address associated with your Influnex account, using the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We will verify your request and permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, and confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently remove:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All connected social media accounts and their stored access tokens
  • Your brand profiles, generated content, and scheduled/published post records
  • The associated analytics and usage data

Certain records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing and tax records), as described in our Privacy Policy.
